When will my order arrive?
We ship from the EU within 2 working days. In Spain, standard delivery usually takes 7 to 10 working days in total. You will get an email when it is on its way.
What does it smell like?
Fresh green tea and ginger. It is scented with fragrance and natural essential oils, so it is not fragrance-free. If fragrance does not agree with you, check the full ingredient list first.
Will it help with my breakouts?
It is a daily moisturiser for blemish-prone skin: it hydrates and leaves skin looking fresh, with zinc PCA, hyaluronic acid and organic argan oil. It is not a medicine or a treatment. If you are worried about your skin, a pharmacist, GP or dermatologist is the right person to ask.
Can teenagers use it?
The manufacturer describes it as suitable for teenagers and adults. If you have a skin condition, check with a doctor or pharmacist first.
Is it non-comedogenic?
We will not use that word until we have test results to back it up. It is a lightweight formula made for blemish-prone skin.
Is it vegan?
Yes. It is vegan, gluten free and nut free, according to the manufacturer.
What does COSMOS NATURAL mean?
COSMOS is an independent standard for natural and organic cosmetics. Ours is COSMOS NATURAL certified by ECOCERT Greenlife: 100% of the total ingredients are of natural origin and 9% of the total is organic.
How long does a bottle last?
A good few weeks of morning and night use, depending on how many pumps you like. We will give you a proper number once we have timed it ourselves.
Can I return it?
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind on unopened, sealed products. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back opened bottles unless they arrived faulty or damaged. Full details on our Shipping and returns page.
